Overview

Mining and Mineral exploration reagents for mineral flotation include chemicals like frothers, dispersants and collectors. For hydro-metallurgical applications, there are coagulants for silica control, organic phase modifiers, SX liquor impurity control agents, carbon blanking agents for CIL/CIP, and extractants for uranium. In this classification, there are reagents for dewatering, deforming, dust suppression and heat transfer fluids and various solutions which include filter aids, dust suppressants and heat transfer fluids.

Product Range

Drilling polymer is a high molecular weight polymer that controlling fluid loss and increasing drilling mud viscosity. Drilling polymer emulsion contains copolymer and is used primarily as a borehole stabilizer to prevent reactive shale and clay from swelling and sloughing. Drilling polymer emulsion is also added to low-solids drilling fluids to increase lubricity, fluid viscosity, and to improve carrying capacity of air/foam injection fluids. Drilling polymer range includes PHPA based, polyglycol based. Each polymer for a specific application, maintaining viscosity in solid free drilling fluid and as bentonite extender in low solids non-dispersed mud to suspend weight material.

Dust Suppressants are ideal for controlling dust in industrial areas. This suppressant helps to increase the surface area of water droplets, helping in covering more area and reduces the water requirement. It is highly effective in controlling erosion, dust suppression and controlling dust applications. These suppressants are highly effective to be used on unpaved roads, construction sites, and open pit mines, parking lots, racing tracks, playgrounds and truck terminals.

Flocculants Chemicals are agents that promote flocculation by causing colloids and other suspended particles in liquids to aggregate and forming a floc. This product helps in improving the sedimentation or filter ability of small particles. Flocculants Chemical include three variants of products depending upon their properties and the application of use. These include - Anionic, Non-Ionic and Cationic Flocculants Chemical.
